Your payout status changing to pending is a normal part of our payout process. Here’s what “pending” means and what to expect:
- Your payout request is being reviewed before it can be processed. Once approved, it’s sent to our payouts team and can take up to 3 business days to complete
Why a payout might remain pending or be declined later:
- The same PayPal or bank account was used on more than one account
- Activity that doesn’t align with our terms, such as unusual progress patterns, location issues, or age requirements
- PayPal-related issues like an invalid email or account limitations, which can cause a payout to be returned or rejected at the payment stage
