Payout processing usually takes up to 48 hours, but can take up to five business days in certain cases.
Please note that, although we aim to process transactions swiftly, timelines are subject to multiple factors, including PayPal processing. If you have not yet received your payout, please check the following information:
- You have requested a payout on your teststar account
- You have earned your rewards legitimately and in compliance with our terms and conditions
- You have not used identity disguise methods like VPNs or proxies
- Your payout may not have been processed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an unregistered or unconfirmed receiver's PayPal email address, locked account, a PayPal account limitation or an invalid email address
If you can confirm that you have complied with all the rules and can rule out any issues that could be hindering your withdrawal request, but are still experiencing problems, please submit a request under the 'Payment' category.
