Here’s how to start a payout, plus what each status means:
How to start a payout
- Reach the minimum payout threshold in your Wallet and choose your payout amount
- Complete face verification if this is your first payout
- Open the payout screen > enter your first and last name > log in with PayPal via Single Sign-On
- If you log in with PayPal, your details will autofill. You may be asked to add your address
Any remaining balance will remain in your account until you reach the minimum payout threshold again.
What your payout status means
- Pending: Your request is in review before processing
- Approved: Your request passed review and was sent for processing. Payouts typically complete within up to 3 business days
- Declined: Your request couldn’t be completed. Common reasons include a payment method used on more than one account or activity that doesn’t align with our terms. You can contact support for clarification
