Now and then your goals within a task may not be confirmed even though you reached them.
Before contacting our support team please always check the following:
- The install goal has been tracked
- At least 48 hours passed
If the install has been confirmed and the goal has still not been confirmed after 48 hours then please feel free to contact us via the contact form in the Help Center.
In order to investigate an unconfirmed goal, please send us a screen recording of the following information:
- Your teststar customer number under Account in the top right corner
- Your in-game achievements from the game itself e.g. your current level
- Your in-game ID from the game itself
- Your proof of purchase (in case of cashback goals)
