We may require you to provide us with a recording of your in-game achievements, for instance if you have completed a goal in a teststar game offer but it has not yet been credited to your account after 48 hours.
Below you will find simple step-by-step instructions on how to take a screen recording depending on your device type.
Create a screen recording (iOS device)
- Go to Settings
> Control Center, then tap
next to Screen Recording
- Open Control Center > tap
> wait for the three-second countdown
- To stop recording, open Control Center > tap
or the red status bar at the top of the screen > tap Stop
- Go to Photos
> select your screen recording
Record your phone screen (Android device)
- Swipe down twice from the top of your screen
- Tap Screen record
- You might need to swipe right to find it
- If it's not there, tap Edit and drag Screen record
to your Quick Settings.
- Choose what you want to record > tap Start. The recording begins after the countdown
- To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen > tap the Screen recorder notification
- Open your phone's photos library
> select your screen recording
What to Record:
- Your teststar customer number under Account in the top right corner
- Your in-game achievements from the game itself
- Your in-game ID (check game settings)
- Your proof of purchase (in case of cashback goals)
Submitting your proof to Support
- In the top-right corner of this Help Center, click on Submit a request
- Choose the category: In-Game tracking, progress & rewards
- Fill out the fields and upload your video recording under Add file or drop files here at the very bottom
- Click Submit
