The face verification process is an added security measure in our payout process. We use a secure verification process and will not sell data you provide for verification.
ℹ️ You do not need to verify yourself for every payout.
When you request a payout in your teststar account after reaching the minimum payout amount, you will have the option to carry out the one-time face verification process.
Here's a simple guide to help you through the process:
- Click on Verify yourself to get started
- Review the information provided and click on Start verification
- Read Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in regards to Biometric Data. You’ll need to confirm your consent to continue
- You’ll be guided through the process by our trusted partner, FaceTec. Make sure you meet the following requirements for a successful verification:
• Make sure you have a neutral expression without any facial coverings e.g. (e.g., glasses, masks)
• Ensure that your device’s front camera is fully functional
• If necessary, clean your camera lens of any dirt or smudges
• Select a well-lit area without strong shadows on your face
• Avoid glare or bright light directly shining on your face
• If necessary, try changing your location to a different room - Once verification is complete, you’ll see a confirmation page and can proceed to request your payout
⚠️ Consecutive face verification attempts are limited
If you reach this limit, please contact our support team to get this reset. Please note that while our staff can reset your attempts, they cannot override or influence the verification results; these are handled by an automated system to ensure security and fairness for all users.
