Your customer number can be found under Account > Your Profile in your app. Your customer number identifies your account and should be provided whenever you contact support.
If you’ve lost access to your account, you can also find your customer number in the welcome email you received after signing up. Search "Welcome to teststar" in your email inbox to find the email.
