If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the teststar homepage. However, this only works if you signed up using an email and password - not social logins! Follow these easy steps:
- Go to the teststar login page
- Click on the link Forgot password? Reset
- Enter your registered email address and click on Send
- You will receive an email with an activation link to change your password
It can take a few minutes before you receive the password reset email. If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, then it may have accidentally landed in the spam folder.
⚠️ If you registered your teststar account with your Apple or Google account (SSO), you need to change the password directly through the corresponding platform.
