teststar is currently only available to users residing in the following supported regions:
- France
- UK and Ireland
- Benelux: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
- Nordic Countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland
- Oceania: Australia and New Zealand
To maintain a fair and secure environment, the use of VPNs or proxy servers for registration or task completion is not allowed. Doing so may result in account deactivation.
If you're in a supported region but still see the service not available notice:
- Check that you don’t have a VPN enabled
If you're using a public or shared network, ensure it’s not routing through a foreign VPN or proxy server
